They are your Modern Adventure host, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable trip for everyone. They will be your go-to for any and all questions around our daily flow, meeting points, times, what to expect and any questions or concerns that may arise.

Our local guide is an expert in all things related to our destinations. They are deeply knowledgeable with respect to New Zealand and local history, culture and customs, and are passionate about sharing that with all of us. They are our interpreter, local host and will introduce us to the local way of life.

Since 1967, Chappellet has established itself as one of California’s most revered wineries. Family-owned and in its second generation, the Chappellet family embraces their Napa Valley vineyard with a commitment to crafting exceptional wines and stewardship of the land. As the youngest son of Donn and Molly Chappellet, Dominic was born a year after the founding of Chappellet Vineyard and grew up exploring Pritchard Hill and working in the vineyard. Dominic and his wife Amy are excited to explore a new part of the world with such deep connections to wine and culture.

We will meet and spend time with local community members, chefs, artisans, producers and many more. All of our local experts are excited to help us learn more, experience more, and have the best possible experience together.
